An interesting question has been asked that I feel warrants a answer and a quick answer at that:
Question from My Cat Talks:
2-20-15: "Many Starseeds are coming down with Tinnitus. Could you please channel Grandfather about this phenomenon and what effected Starseeds can do about it."
So I will post it here to my Explorer Race blog. I’m going to broaden the answer a bit because it is effecting a wider group of people then the questioner realizes.
There is more than one answer to this. For some people it is very simple, the solution, to keep the situation from getting worse and might even create quite an improvement to the point where the sounds are no longer heard and that is to simply stop wearing headphones.
Right now the bodies of all beings, so I’m including all beings on the planet - alright - animals as well as humans are going through a major challenge and that is physical balance and not unlike other beings, human beings use your ears, your ear canals very much to achieve balance and your ears are actually - imagine them as being separate beings for a moment - they’re very demanding right now.
They do not under any circumstances want anything blocking their passageways at any time. Oh of course if there’s a loud noise and you happen to pass by something and use your fingers to plug your ears for a minute or two that’s not an issue - but having anything in your ears that is not necessary from your ears point of view is going to create an effort by your physical body to give you a message and for some people that will come in the form of this shrill noise or rushing sound or other aspect of Tinnitus*.
For other people you will get a different experience. Some of you will feel kind of out of balance at times and you will notice it particularly when you have been sleeping and you get up. If you do not have something to lean against when you, say, go to the bathroom or walk across the room for a glass of water or something you could be in danger of falling. It doesn’t make any difference if you’re young or old - alright.
So try to make sure that there are things to lean against - alright - walls, furniture, something. It will help.
This balance challenge is going to be a bit difficult for the next 10 to 12 years. It has to do largely with Earth going through changes. When planets like Earth go through changes it is usually because something has happened.
In the case of some planets, not this one, it might have been because the planet was hit by something. Usually a large meteor, occasionally something like what happened to Jupiter a few years ago with a comet and then the planet essentially wobbles for a while. It may not be obvious in its orbit or even on its axis but it wobbles on the inside.
So, there’s another cause for a planet wobbling and that’s if a great deal has been done to interfere with a planets own internal rhythms and that has been done on this planet without any intention to cause that by people mining, drilling, digging and bringing up materials that we are all using in our lives in order to improve the quality of our lives - but in fact that must stop now.
There will need to be substitutions that do not require digging, drilling and other explorations like them. Particularly now, the one that is in the news and discussed at length and that’s fracking. This is interfering with Mother Earth’s underground water circulation - what she does for herself even though we benefit from it.
So I’m not singling out anybody here though it appears I am singling out oil companies. Keep in mind everyone, almost everyone on the planet - alright, human beings - benefits from what oil companies do. So, let’s not blame them for providing for our needs - but we do need to change the way we do things.
So with Mother Earth going through this internal wobble - alright, some of which I might add has been noted on the axis for several years by scientists and a few have made some observations even of occasional erratic patterns in the orbit - meaning unexpected motions, with this going on Earth is not - as it has in the past supported the beings upon her with their balance. So our bodies have to do that and this heightened sense of need for balance is playing out in various ways.
Tinnitus for some. For many others, a sense of being out of balance at times in completely unexpected ways.
Those of you who are athletic will not notice it as much but even you will have that morning or early evening or waking up at night stumble. So try not to have to many pieces of furniture around with sharp corners eh.
This will be a hazard not only for young and old but particularly for those who are vulnerable such as the very young learning to walk and the very old becoming a bit more vulnerable to one’s environment.
I will talk more about these things in time but I recommend now that everyone work on their balance as much as possible.
I’m going to give a suggestion for something simple to do to work on your balance. It’s something that some gymnasts do though I do not recommend that you actually get up on a balance beam.
If you can, draw on the ground - even with a piece of chalk - a long shape like a board. Some of you will put on the ground the balance beam shape, approximately 4 inches wide by 16 feet long but for others of you I’d recommend that the distance - the width as it were - be 6 or 8 or even 10 inches or as needed - and then just look at it from time to time and try to walk that pattern.
If you like, this is something that you can even make out of materials and walk in your house. Look at it and walk on it, just back and forth once or twice a day. It will help you to concentrate on your balance but there’s another way that you can practice even without such extra’s like that and that’s to make an effort to be in your legs and feet.
First become physically aware of your own body. Take either hand or both hands and place your palms on your chest and just allow yourself to feel not only yourself, your hands yes, touching your chest without moving - just laying there but also go into your chest and feel your hands touching your chest - you see. That’s an important transition.
Then remain in your chest and leave your hands there and then migrate inside your body. Move your awareness down into your abdomen, your solar plexus and a little below area, continuing to feel yourself from the inside.
Then move your awareness down into your hips. You can move your legs around a little bit if it helps but you don’t have to. Then keep your attention in your hips and now add your legs down to your ankles. Maintain your feeling in your hips and legs and add your ankles and feet.
Do this two or three times a week. It will help to keep you aware of that part of you that holds you up and balances you on the earth.
So you will find that this will be very helpful - alright. So this time, the next 10 or 12 years as Earth gets past her internal and to some extent external wobble will be a time when you’ll notice more instability and this will be something ongoing not only for 2015 but as I said for the next 10 to 12 years.
At some point in that 10 to 12 years, especially if digging in the Earth and other efforts to bring up materials slows significantly including the bringing up of oil which Earth uses as part of her own system of internal balance not unlike the way some shock absorbers work in cars, this means that we will have to begin functioning as a society in ways that are more creative and I will speak more about that in time.
*A ringing or buzzing sound in the ears when no external sound is present.
