Thank you for this advice, Grandfather.
I seem to have a problem with your very clear instructions, 'tho'.

When I perform the technique-my palm is so "tickled" and physically feels so irritable/excitable/ stimulated -- that I feel a lot of anxiety and a lack of ease or peace as the result.

Can you speak to this, please? Am I doing it incorrectly or am I just weird?

Thank you for your question Anonymous L, it's a good one. This is what I recommend doing. First I recommend using your left hand as the hand that you will stroke, putting your palm upwards. Then instead of gliding back and forth on your hand draw your finger along that line of the hand (life line) with strokes only towards you.

Then lift your other hand up a ways, 4 or 5 inches maybe more - experiment - and move it back towards the beginning where you would stroke towards you and then only do that.

So you understand, no back and forth but just stroke towards you.

That's what I recommend. Goodlife.
