Empowerment, It's Your Choice

Empowerment is a quality within each and every one of us that we must not only activate but that we must invest in. Invest your empowerment in yourself and encourage others to do the same for themselves.

Yes, I do understand empowerement within self...and of giving too much sometimes and not receiving. However, the following question really has to do with being assaulted by neighbour and just letting it go, forgiving, but neighbour probably felt uneasy and was able to convince landlord/lady that I was an awful neighbour or so. There's no witness to this but the question is that I can pursue this with Human Rights now in which I was n't going to do, but then had a feeling that this was not just for or about me but about the plight of sexual assault that took place in other people lives as well. How do you view this reagarding the topic of empowerement.? Is this incident clear to you and the question asked understood in this context.
