These days you are co-ordinating with all life though it may not always be obvious. Your capacity to provide and to be influenced by each other on the spiritual level is stronger now than ever before on this planet. As a result, there is a tendency to not realize this because of distractions in your life.
This will be explained more thoroughly in this video, though the most important thing to remember is: You'll never know consciously for the next 2 or 3 years that a person you might see, an animal that you happen across or that a being that you notice - perhaps a spirit in the sky - is truly a portion of your life and a good one at that.
So - let go, allow and begin to understand not only in your mind but as you practice your life.
