Not Being Newsworthy


 Alright, this is Grandfather. I know many of you are alarmed at the behaviors you read about or hear about or perhaps even escape from these days from other peoples but try to remember something, unless you’re in the midst of frightening situations such as war or battlegrounds of some sort, what you will read about in the news is that which is making the news. 

Meaning generally things that are dramatic or exciting or important to know for urgent good reasons, in short the vast majority of what is going on is not making the news because it does not fall under those categories. 


Really look at your life. You might have urgencies, you might have dramas but there’s a good chance for you and many others - friends and family and many many others that your life is not newsworthy. 


So my suggestion to you is claim that title of not being newsworthy as a comforting solution to what is newsworthy, alright? It is okay to not be newsworthy, alright? That’s my reminder for today. Goodlife

Expanding Awareness

I want to suggest to you that there is a way now to improve your balance in life. Not only the balance you have in your body but by feeling that more, you may be able to have an outlook that can take in more, process more and rethink some of what you might be doing. This is not a criticism, it is just the opposite.
I feel that the time is right for people who want to acquire greater knowledge, wisdom and awareness to use more than their minds and their experience. You may need to use your physical body as an assist towards incorporating a greater level of understanding so that it becomes knowledge that is absolute, such as - the sky is up. 
This will help you, I feel strongly, to expand your perception through knowing and feeling as well as thinking. You will find more about how to do it here and also here as a follow-up.

As In Water, So In Us



I’d like to tell you something today about water that can improve the quality of your life just knowing it. Water does not like to be trapped. 
     It particularly is comfortable passing through people or plants or animals. It likes doing that. It enjoys and seeks freedom always. This is very important to know. 
     Here’s something you can do to improve the quality of your experience with water. If you take baths, meaning sitting in a tub, when you sit into the water feel grateful that it’s there but you don’t have to rationalize why, just practice feeling grateful even for a few seconds. The water will know that you’re feeling grateful. 
     Here’s something else. When you turn on the tap and fill a glass or a container with water to drink or water to carry perhaps in your portable canteen or water bottle then what to do is not to cap it immediately. If it is for yourself, take a little sip first even if you’re not particularly thirsty. This way the water is assured it will not be trapped and it is meant to be consumed so it will know it’s going to pass through you or some other human being. 
     If you’re filling one for your youngster, for instance going on a hike, going some place, have them take a little sip of the water unless they’re really thirsty then you can always refill it but once it’s refilled it’s important for them to have a little sip of the water - okay. The water, being reassured that it will not be trapped in that container but rather it will be flowing through beings will make the water happier. 
     It will cause the water to be more relaxed and feel comfortable and it will pass on those feelings to you. This is very important to know. 
     Another important point is imagine, and I think you know and science even tells you how much of our own physical bodies are made up of water. It’s quite a bit - and therefore our feelings are affected by waters in general.
     Notice the water around you. Is it trapped, does it have a way to move. When it rains, does it flow off the streets into gutters and so on. The water’s okay with that but if you happen to see sometime an old bucket sitting somewhere that’s filled with water and the water doesn’t appear to be doing very well and maybe there’s something on the surface - perhaps oil or something - but it’s just a light sheen and you can tell it’s water underneath - if you can, spill the bucket out so the water can be free and move.
     I feel that water is here to help us all and in order to improve the quality of feelings in the water and thus in ourselves. It would be good to reassure water of its safe and smooth passage so that it is not feeling trapped and unhappy.
     Now I want to share something further with you. You may have thought about it but I want to encourage you to welcome water. Even when it rains, welcome it and I also want to remind you that when you drink water, especially when you’re very thirsty, it’s alright to feel welcoming and you would naturally in your physical body welcome that when you’re very thirsty. 
     Water loves that - alright. Water, by its very nature is loving. It loves itself and it loves other portions of itself so that when it comes into your physical body it recognizes itself in you. So it’s alright for you to welcome the water.

Are You Feeling Depressed? Here’s Something You Can Do About It


I just want to remind you that soy is not meant for human beings to consume.
If you’re normally cheerful and happy it won’t have too much effect on you but if you’re not normally that way then it can cause depression and if there are other things in your life that might cause you to feel depressed it can be just one thing too many.
So I’m recommending that you don’t consume soy. It is perfectly alright for soy to be made in to other things, other uses but soy is not meant for human consumption.
So, that’s what I wanted to say.

Flexibility Not Rigidity


 I was looking towards the ocean and I saw a plane in the distant sky. I noticed that the sky and the clouds and the plane were all moving together in the same direction and at the same speed.
 I could see that it was real but I also realized that it’s a perfect example of an illusion. Many times we read spiritually and philosophically that our world is an illusion and yet, it’s hard to deny isn’t it, because of its physical evidence.
 So I realized that our world is flexible because when I look back at the plane it was clearly the plane moving and not the clouds but then I looked at it again a moment later and both were moving together in the same direction and speed as before.
 So it was reminding me that this was real. So I come to the conclusion that it is an illusion what we see around us but because it’s a physical world and a physical place it’s an illusion with physicality.
 So it’s not meant to be denied but rather it’s meant to understand that our world is more flexible than we may realize.

 My feeling is this then, to set our goals towards the most benevolent outcome for all beings and even if our goals seem impossible to accomplish take it one step at a time, gently, and do as much as we can towards bringing our goals about. Goodlife

More About Loving Your Pet Gently


There are times when your pets or even animals that are not your pets but trust you and come to you that these loved ones may not welcome a physical touch for what ever reason but you can show your love by petting their energy body* - sometimes called an auric field.

I recommend you try this gently. Move your hand as close as you can get to them - say it’s a butterfly. They probably won’t like it if you get much closer than a foot or 10 inches (30.48 or  or 25.4 centimeters) from them and first show them your hand, your palm of your hand - so that would be maybe a foot and a half or 2 feet  (45.72 or 60.96 centimeters) away from them just so they can see it. When you show it to them have your palm facing up or mostly up so they won’t think you’re going to strike them.

Then move your hand, with your palm facing towards the animal, from head to tail very gently, very slowly once. If it is a bird, very slowly not coming any closer than they’re comfortable with - I recommend 8 to 10 inches (20.32 to 25.4 centimeters) most likely.

If there is great fondness then maybe closer but the reason I want you to learn how to pet their energy body is that not everyone wants to be picked up - alright? 

If you’ve ever had somebody try to pick you up and you didn’t want it, you know how that feeling is. Sometimes you want to pick up your cat or your dog and they don’t want it. They’re busy, they’re doing something else or they’re just more comfortable not being held at that moment.

So if they’re comfortable with it, you can pet their energy body**.

* Greetings. Today I'd like to talk to you briefly about something you can do with your beloved pets.

 Sometimes you have noticed, people who have cats eh, that you go to pet your cat or you want to pick your cat up to pet it and cat runs away or lets you know that it doesn't want to be petted then and it can be disconcerting. 

 I'd recommend this - for some cats they will be involved you see, in meditations. You have seen this sometimes - or they will be in a light state of concentration connecting with their peers perhaps or the home planet - who knows. Cats are mysterious and are clearly designed to be in our lives to support our quest for the unknown besides being a comfort as they often are.

 This is what I recommend and it can be applied I might add, to dogs or any animal that is otherwise distracted or in pain or elderly and cannot receive touch comfortably. First observe the contours of cats body since I'm using cat for an example here today. Then once you've observed that, approach cat from a distance.

 Don't get much closer than a few feet away with your hand - don't touch cat. Perhaps you'll be standing over cat, and do not make like you're going to touch cat or even think about touching cat because cats are perceptive and so are dogs I might add and other creatures as well. 

 Then standing about oh, a foot or two away from cat or whatever is your arms length reach towards cat with your right or left hand as if you were going to pet cat but pet them slowly from a distance of about two to even as much as three feet following the contour of their body.

 You might say - well, what comfort is there in this - but I will get there - and see if cat has any reaction. Cat might look at you, might seem comforted, might enjoy the experience but you see - what you are doing is that you are petting along the general lines of the cats auric field and cat will be comforted - feeling safe. That is the key to understanding this process.

 We all want and need to feel safe and your cat or your dog or other being that you love needs to feel safe and such petting is an honoring of their personal space and whatever they are engaged in even though it may not be obvious to us at the moment.

** For instance, not long ago I recommended to a friend that when his cat was busy - and he's very fond of his cat - or his cat was not feeling well and he wanted to pet his cat to soothe it and calm it that he could pet his cats auric field by moving his hand towards his cat and when he felt a slight resistance or a slight feeling in his own body that that was as close to his cat as his hand ought to be.

 Then with the palm of his hand facing his cat he could follow the contours of his cats body just as if he was petting the cat from head to tail.

 In that case it would be good to make strokes from head to tail, pull your hand back and then move your hand towards your cats head and go head to tail. This way you're not pushing the energy back and forth.

Why Do Cats Do That?


Do you know, there is an aspect of the personality of cats, whether large or small, that many human beings find repulsive and I’m not saying that you shouldn’t find it that way but I do want to explain to you why it exists.

The aspect I’m talking about is how cats can sometimes, not all the time, when they capture a creature that usually you don’t want in your homes and that’s a mouse - and cats will capture and kill and usually consume but not always, mice. But if you have seen this in process you will see sometimes cats seeming to be cruel to the mouse. They’ll let it go and catch it again or they’ll hold it by its tail while it tries to get away. In short, it appears that they are torturing their victim.

This is something cats were willing to take on on Earth though on their home planet they do not act like that. Still it’s important for you to know that there is a reason just like there is a reason for everything.

Cats do this, this cruelty thing - not the consumption part but the cruelty because they are siphoning off part of the cruelty that human beings would use otherwise against each other or against other species of beings.

It is not unusual on this planet for non-human beings to take on traits of human beings whether those human beings are healthy or not and will often do this, if they’re a personal pet, for love but other times will do it because it is part of their job, you might say. 

Human beings come to this planet, as has been explained in the Explorer Race material to learn, to grow, to change and to create things that might be useful in some way in the rest of the universe where it has been difficult to create such things. 

The difficulty usually lies in the fact that the type of stress that’s needed, an urgent stress to create something, simply does not exist in the rest of the universe but as you know, on Earth it does.

So to put it simply, cats are acting out part of the strain, or threads you might say, of human cruelty and tends to reduce the level for the average human being where ever they are on the planet of cruelty that you might use yourself. 

This is a good thing to know so you will understand that when you see such a thing, if you happen to, they are acting out something you or other human beings do not have to act out. 

Always remember, there is a reason for everything.

Values


In these times one has to be clear about values, that which you hold dear. I recommend benevolent* values - meaning very simply that benevolence for you and yours, meaning family and close friends, and benevolence for all others is the way.

It won’t be an easy path but it’s the path I recommend. You will catch yourself many times thinking things that are dramatic and maybe even conflicting within yourself or even externally, arguing about little things, not things that are essential meaning food, shelter, best health possible.

So, I’m gonna to recommend that you keep it simple also. Watch as little news on television as possible. You’ll find that reading the news, in whatever is your language, might actually be better because the people that put out news in print are sometimes, not always, but sometimes less involved in making things dramatic when they’re not.

It is seductive for broadcasters of television or other video to make things dramatic so that people will watch. But these days those who publish words are sometimes less involved in the dramatic.

You’ll have to decide whether drama and excitement is more important than benevolence. Keep in mind that if benevolence does not include, not just as an ideal but as a practice, all other human beings on the planet that it will reduce the benevolence for all, including yourself.

This is not a punishment, it is simply that the more people that are experiencing benevolence the healthier everybody is. The less people that are experiencing benevolence the unhealthier in various ways everybody is.

It’s not complicated. Just a reminder to let you know that for life to go on it must go on as well as possible, meaning as benevolent as possible, for all human beings on Earth. Goodlife

Physical Communication

Have you noticed how physical these times are now. Of course in your physical life that’s perfectly obvious but there are also issues going on that seem to be confusing, and misunderstandings between family members and friends and even governments are almost typical, aren’t they. 

What is happening is that you are moving out of an intellectual time in to a physical time and what that means simply is this. 

When words are used to describe, say an object, you can use all the words that are understandable to anybody in their own language and yet, even though there seems to have been communication there may not be complete understanding because these times require greater physicality. 

Mother Earth is expressing her physicality in many ways, sometimes uncomfortably and sometimes human beings do that too especially when they don’t understand something or they have misunderstood something. 

So - this is what is needed, say in the description of an object, after you have described this object and the other person seems to be nodding because they understand your words - they may not fully understand it until they can touch that object or have a feeling of that object touching them and then they will completely understand. 


Physical perception now, is vital to your understanding your life all around you and in order for you to be able to fully experience that you will need to have, not the experiences of others but that extra version of communication which is what you see, what you touch or what touches you - okay -  or what you might even smell, a fragrance perhaps. In short, you will need to use all your senses - not just what you think.

Atlantic Tidal Wave Danger Reduced

Alright, this is Grandfather. I want to let you know that something has changed. Some time ago, I predicted that there was a danger - a great danger of a tidal wave that could happen caused either by Earth changes or possibly even something created by man but that great danger has been reduced. 

It is now - instead of its higher probability as it was before - is now reduced to about 18%. So even though there is some danger the potential for it has decreased. 

However, if it happens it will still be very very serious. So, keep that in mind and always be on the lookout for the signs of tidal wave because that may not come with a warning. If it happens then you may or may not know about it if you just happen to be walking on the beach but if you can recognize the signs, there are signs, then that might help you. Goodlife

Recollecting Wisdom


I was recollecting today, some teachings I’ve had that I value. For example the time, many years ago,  when I was enjoying a hike on a familiar trail I had taken many times. 

As I passed a favorite old tree I wished the tree a cheery hello in the form of, “Greetings.” The tree responded, “We say goodlife. It’s a greeting, it’s a blessing, it’s a salutation. We say it as one word.” 

Later, looking into the trees response, I channeled Reveals The Mysteries who said to put no period after writing goodlife (if it ended a sentence or as a salutation) so as to allow it to flow energetically into the lives of others. 

Years later when beginning my years of writing on Blogger, especially for Benevolent Magic and A Mystical Man’s World blogs, Grandfather also recommended less punctuation as it sometimes interfered with the flow of the teaching and could make one thing seem like many. 

This is why sometimes you will see on these blogs, especially in the beginning, less punctuation.

Asking For Safety



Be alert for how you can help people in these times. Try to help them in the most benevolent way. That’s all I can say right now. 
These times are fraught with a certain amount of peril as people are edgy so they might say things or do things that in their calmer state they would never do or say. 
This doesn’t mean that you have to arm yourself to go to the market or to take the children to school but it does mean that it would be good to say this simple prayer. It is a Living Prayer and I recommend it. 
This is what I recommend, “I am asking that my loved ones and I be safe and secure in the most benevolent way for us resulting in the most benevolent outcome.”
